InnovateX Media provides performance marketing, advertising, lead generation, web development, and related services as agreed in writing (via signed proposal, retainer agreement, or scope-of-work document).
Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Project fees are typically billed 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. All fees are exclusive of GST. Payments overdue by more than 14 days may result in suspension of service.
Creative assets, ad copy, code, and strategy documents we produce for you are your property once paid for in full. Tools, frameworks, and methodologies we develop in the course of our work remain ours. Our Performance Hub dashboard remains our intellectual property; you receive a license to use it during your engagement.
We treat your business information as confidential and do not share it externally without permission. We may reference our work with you in case studies and testimonials, with your prior consent.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you to us during the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes; our service is to apply best practice with skill and care.
Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 15 days written notice. Project engagements are governed by the specific scope-of-work signed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
