Service delivery

InnovateX Media is a digital services business. We do not ship physical goods. All deliverables (campaigns, reports, websites, creative assets, dashboard access) are delivered digitally via email, shared cloud storage, or our Performance Hub dashboard.

Delivery timelines

Standard timelines for our services:

• Discovery call — booked within 48 hours of inquiry
• Audit reports — delivered within 5 business days of receiving account access
• Funnel builds — 2–6 weeks depending on scope
• Monthly retainer reports — every Monday for the previous week

Communication

You'll receive direct WhatsApp and email contact with your account team. We do not require clients to open support tickets.

Issues with delivery

If a deliverable is delayed, missing, or doesn't meet the agreed scope, contact your account manager directly or email info@innovatexmedia.com. We respond within one business day.
