What's a typical retainer cost?

Coaching retainers start at ₹75,000/month for a single funnel and a single ad platform. Full-pod retainers (multi-platform, full creative production, lifecycle automation) typically run ₹1.5L – ₹4L/month depending on scope and ad spend. We don't charge a percentage of ad spend.

How quickly can you launch a new funnel?

If you have an existing offer and assets, 2–3 weeks to first paid traffic. From a blank page (offer, webinar, landing page, ads, automations all from scratch) — 5–6 weeks to launch.

Do I need to have a webinar or course already?

No. We've launched coaches from zero offer to ₹5L/month in 90 days. We help you structure the offer, price it, build the webinar, and write the sales page if you need it.

What ad spend do I need to start?

For a single funnel test we recommend ₹1.5L/month minimum ad spend for 60 days. Less than that, the data is too thin to draw conclusions. If you're not ready for that, we'll tell you and suggest organic-first instead.

Do you work with international coaches?

Yes. Our team is India-based but we've worked with coaches in the US, UK, UAE, and Singapore. Indian payment-gateway verification works through Razorpay, Cashfree, and Instamojo; for international, we integrate with Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay's international gateway.

How is this different from any other agency?
