Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has begun. To cancel a retainer, provide 15 days written notice before the next billing date. We will not bill you for the following month after notice is received.
Once a project has commenced, the initial deposit (typically 50%) is non-refundable as it covers planning, research, and resource allocation. If you cancel a project mid-delivery, the remaining 50% is prorated based on work completed.
Standalone dashboard subscriptions can be cancelled any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

If you believe you're entitled to a refund under this policy, email info@innovatexmedia.com with your invoice number and the reason. We respond within 7 business days.
If you disagree with our refund decision, the matter will be governed by our Terms & Conditions and Indian law.
